Football in Malta does not attract big crowds anymore. Until 7 years ago, the National Stadium would attract between 12000 to 17000 supporters for important matches, especially Birkirkara vs Valletta. Today with the introduction of Melita Cable showing live Maltese matches people prefer to stay at home.

As a group we feel that €8 to watch a match is expensive, and this should be lowered so that more people will attend Maltese matches. Things should change so that the Maltese football league will be back to old and better times.
